Who are the products of MONTROIT built for?

MONTROIT’s products are aimed at companies as well as agencies, designers, developers and freelancers. As we help companies with modern, digital tasks such as marketing, digitizing, and automating their business, giving them more time to focus on what’s important – their core business – we’re also talking to service providers who can provide with our products ready-made and easily customizable or extensible solutions for their customers – thus saving design and development time and allowing them to focus on the holistic solution and its true strengths.

 

Do you also offer services to customers?

MONTROIT products are generally designed for use by the customer or a service provider of their choice. However, we are happy to offer companies support up to the finished solution. Since the service is handled through our agency, each request is considered as a regular agency request, so we can not guarantee a commitment due to limited time resources. Write us a message and we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

How do I get an invoice for my company?

You will automatically receive an invoice for your business after the order, alternatively you can download or print out the invoice in your profile.

 

What to do if a product does not work?

Basically, we test all our products down to the last detail. However, mistakes can happen and it can happen that bugs creep in. Write us via the contact form or via hello@montroit.com

 

What do I have to do if I do not know how to use the products?

In order to use our products, simple, subject-specific knowledge is required. Further details of each product can be found in the enclosed instructions.

 

Why do I need to register?

Registration is required as we want to provide you with your purchased products, updates and invoices through your customer account. In addition, as a registered customer, you can earn credits (bonus points) that can be redeemed on future purchases.

 

Can I upgrade from the Basic license to the Extended license?

Yes, of course, you just have to pay the difference. Send us a message with your customer or billing information and we will issue you a voucher equal to the difference between the two licenses.

 

What is the difference between the Basic and Extended license?

The Basic license covers the one time use of the product for a single, personal or commercial project. The extended license covers the use for any number of projects. You can find more details about licensing here.

 

Can I use your products for an open source project?

Of course you can use our products for an open source project. Just mention the product name and the manufacturer “MONTROIT” in the description of your product.

 

Does your copyright notice have to remain in the products?

If the product is a purchased premium product, you can remove the copyright notice.
